GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to participate in all of the Budapest Shooting experience shooting programmes and to book your participation date, you must agree to the following points.

1.) General

By booking, our guests automatically accept our Terms and Conditions. If someone (also) books for or on behalf of others, it is the responsibility of the person making the booking to inform the other participants of these conditions. To make a reservation, please send us the information that is also on our reservation form: number of participants, package(s) chosen, date(s), contact details of the person making the reservation (email, phone number). Reservations are only final after we have confirmed them in writing (email)!

2.) Reservation

2.1 It is mandatory to provide accurate personal information when making a reservation. 2.2 Reservations can be freely modified or canceled in writing up to 72 hours before the scheduled start of the confirmed event, by sending an email to info@budapestshooting.eu. As with the original reservation, modifications or cancellations are not valid until a written (email) confirmation has been sent by us! 2.3 Modifications can apply to the number of participants, the selected shooting experience packages, or the event's date and time. 2.4 Modifications within 72 hours of the originally scheduled program cannot be guaranteed, and we reserve the right to proceed according to the original program in such cases. 2.5 In case of cancellation or no-show within 72 hours of the originally scheduled program, the deposit is non-refundable and will always be retained as a cancellation fee. 2.6 If there is a delay exceeding 15 minutes, the program will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will always be retained as a cancellation fee. 2.7 The booking reference or name may be requested on-site. 2.8 Budapest Shooting reserves the right to modify the availability of weapons due to maintenance or changes. In such cases, scheduled appointments and unavailable weapons included in packages may be canceled or replaced after prior notification. 2.9 These terms are automatically accepted even if the reservation is made by phone or on-site.

3.) Prices and payment

3.1 The price of the shooting experience is listed on the Budapest Shooting website and applies per participant. 3.2 Reservations can be made through the Budapest Shooting website or on-site. 3.3 After paying the deposit, the remaining amount must be paid on-site before the activity begins. 3.4 For on-site, in-person reservations, full payment is required and can be made in cash, by credit card, or SZÉP card. For online pre-reservations, the amount payable does not include the shooting instructor fee (5,400 HUF [15 €] per package), which must be paid exclusively in cash on-site before the shooting begins. The remaining amount (5,400 HUF per standard package) must also be paid in cash on-site before the activity starts. In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled event, neither the deposit nor the full package price is refundable. A voucher can be issued for the package amount, which can be used within one year and is transferable. Your card will not be charged until the reservation is finalized and written (email) confirmation is received. However, the reservation cannot be finalized without prior payment of the deposit. VISA and MasterCard cards are accepted. For card payments, amounts are charged in HUF based on the current bank HUF-EUR exchange rate. 3.5 Our prices are fixed, apply per person and package, and include 27% Hungarian VAT as well as all costs related to the shooting experience, including but not limited to: safety equipment (eye and hearing protection), range, equipment, and weapon rental, mandatory basic safety training, ammunition, targets, and continuous supervision by a shooting instructor. 3.6 We guarantee that our prices will not change after our written confirmation, and no hidden costs will arise in connection with the confirmed shooting experience packages. Additional requests differing from the finalized reservations must be paid on-site and are subject to availability, safety considerations, and other factors.

4.) Safety

4.1 The Budapest Shooting experience program is undertaken at the participant's own risk. 4.2 Budapest Shooting assumes no responsibility for injuries sustained on-site. 4.3 All members of the group are required to accept the house rules, cooperate with staff, and behave responsibly and soberly. 4.4 Damages to the premises or objects caused intentionally or due to improper use may be charged on-site by Budapest Shooting staff. 4.5 Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exhibiting inappropriate behavior, may be excluded from the activity. 4.6 Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire premises.

5.) Age restrictions

5.1 Participation in the shooting experience is allowed for individuals aged 18 or older. An exception is made for individuals aged 16 or older who are members of a shooting sports club and hold a valid competition license issued by a national sports federation (for information on obtaining club membership and a competition license, please email info@budapestshooting.eu). 5.2 Individuals aged 14 or older but under 18 may participate as OBSERVERS in the shooting experience only if a parent or guardian is present and provides consent, in accordance with legal requirements. 5.3 Individuals under the age of 14 are not permitted to participate in the shooting experience in any capacity.
